It's and Underground Thing

Welcome to the "Underground".  Over the past few years I have made a point to educate myself in as many areas of fitness as I can.  I've transformed myself over the past 20 years from a self proclaimed couch potato" to a fitness fanatic, as I was once called.

My transformation did NOT happen overnight.  I tried and failed many times. I did yo-yo diets, starvation, binge exercising, if it was out there I tried it.  It wasn't until I had a health scare that I took my own health seriously. Much like any person with an addiction, I didn't know how bad it was until I hit rock bottom. I woke up one morning and said ENOUGH! It was time to get serious about how I was abusing my body. 

Fast forward to 2014 and 6 Underground was born!  My program is different from others. (oh yes I know you've heard THAT a million times in informercials). I want you to truly go at your own pace.  Push yourself on days when you know you can, and take it easy on those where...you're not so inspired. I only ask that you never give up! 

Its often been said, anything worth having is worth fighting for. Fitness and your health is no different.  FIGHT FOR IT! Each Wednesday I will post new workouts, videos, recipes, fitness and nutritional information to help you along your road to health.  By NO MEANS am I proclaiming myself as having the perfect formula for health.  Always be curious and ASK QUESTIONS....FIND YOUR EXPERT and ASK MORE QUESTION. Never stop learning, I don't.
